Yes. Toyota Prius, Camry Hybrid, RAV4 Hybrid, Honda hybrids, Ford hybrids, and Tesla Model 3/Y/S/X all have a separate 12V auxiliary battery that fails independently of the traction pack — we replace those on-site. We do not service high-voltage traction batteries.
