Jump start FAQ

How much does a jump start cost in Las Vegas?

+

Flat service fee quoted up front over the phone before dispatch — no hidden after-hours, weekend, or holiday surcharge. Heavy-duty diesel jumps (24V, Class 6–8) are priced separately and disclosed on the call.

What if my battery is fully dead?

+

If the battery won't hold a charge after a jump, we test it on-site with a load tester, give you the actual cold-cranking amps reading, and in many cases install a new battery the same call so you don't need a second trip.

Do you jump start diesel trucks?

+

Yes. We carry heavy-duty 24V-capable jump packs for Class 6–8 diesel trucks, RVs, motorhomes, and dual-battery setups across Las Vegas, Henderson, North Las Vegas, and Summerlin.

How fast can you arrive?

+

Most Las Vegas valley calls are reached in 20–30 minutes. We give you a live ETA when you call — dispatch is open 24/7/365.

Can you jump start a hybrid or EV?

+

Yes — hybrids and EVs have a separate 12V auxiliary battery that powers the computers needed to turn the high-voltage system on. When that 12V dies the car won't 'start.' We jump the 12V safely on Prius, RAV4 Hybrid, Tesla Model 3/Y/S/X (12V), Ford hybrids, and most others. We cannot charge the high-voltage traction battery.

Will a jump start damage my car's electronics?

+

Not when done correctly. We use modern smart jump packs with reverse-polarity and surge protection — no risk of voltage spikes from a running donor vehicle. Safe for modern ECU-heavy cars, AGM batteries, and start-stop systems.

How long should I drive after a jump start?

+

At least 20–30 minutes of continuous driving (not idling) to give the alternator time to put real charge back into the battery. If the car won't restart after shutting off, the battery is likely failing — get it tested before driving far.

What payment methods do you accept?

+

All major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, tap-to-pay, and cash. Digital receipt sent immediately by text or email — formatted for AAA reimbursement or insurance claims if needed.

Are you open on holidays and late nights?

+

Yes. 24/7/365 dispatch — Christmas morning, 3 AM Sunday, New Year's Eve. Same response time, same flat rate, no holiday surcharge.

Do you cover the entire Las Vegas valley?

+

Yes — Las Vegas, Henderson, North Las Vegas, Summerlin, Spring Valley, Paradise, Enterprise, Aliante, Centennial Hills, plus I-15, US-95, and 215 Beltway breakdowns.
